Mealworms are high in fat an protein. Before feeding to reptiles, like leopard geckos or bearded dragons, it is best to gut-load your feeders with veggies for a day. The better fed the feeders are, the more nutrients your pets are getting.

We ship the following week for arrival with you on Thursday for maximum freshness. All live food orders will contain a heat pack.
During cold weather live food may be sleepy, wake gently by keeping in a warm room for a couple of hours before feeding.
