How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. For larger items like garden furniture or heavy compost bags, our specialist courier will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window.
What is your return policy for plants?
We offer a 14-day freshness guarantee on all live plants. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer Click & Collect services?
Yes, you can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. Orders are usually ready for pickup at our main garden centre within 2 to 4 hours during business operations.
Can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are your garden furniture sets weather-resistant?
Most of our furniture is made from UV-stabilized rattan or powder-coated aluminum designed to withstand the elements. However, we recommend using a protective cover or storing cushions indoors during winter months.
